Shipping Domestic

Orders are processed and shipped within two weeks of receipt and may be special made-to-order just for you. If you need something rushed, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. All domestic orders will ship USPS Ground unless specified at check out.

 

Shipping International

We currently ship USPS for international orders. Duties and taxes will be marked “bill to recipient” and will be due upon delivery. We are not responsible for international duty and taxes. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your Yestadt hats! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept exchanges which are unworn returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be free of stains and wear.

Please contact hats@yestadtmillinery.com to request your Exchange Authorization number. We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges.

At this time, we do not offer product returns online, though may be able to assist you directly over email, please contact hats@yestadtmillinery.com
